How does DART Paratransit service work?

As a Bus Plus rider, you can call to book a Paratransit trip at least one day before you plan to travel.

When it is time to travel:

A vehicle will show up at your door within a 30-minute time period.

  2. 2

An operator can help you get from your door into the vehicle and will secure any mobility devices.

  3. 3

The vehicle may stop to pick up or drop off other riders.

  4. 4

The vehicle will drop you off at the door of your chosen location.
