Who Can Get Reduced Fare or Ride Free on DART?

You may be able to pay a reduced fare or ride for free if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Child
  • Middle or high school student
  • Adult age 65 & older
  • Person with a disability
  • Refugee
  • Veteran
  • Unlimited Access pass holder

Tips for Using DART Tokens

Tokens are $1.75 each. They come in packs of 10. You can buy tokens at DART Central Station or at any other locations that sell DART passes.

  • Use 1 token for 1 regular bus ride
  • Use 2 tokens for 1 Paratransit ride in the Base Service Zone
  • Use 2 tokens for 1 DART On Demand ride
  • Half-fare tokens can be used for kids, age 6-10
  • Our bus drivers cannot give change when you use a token
