How DART Partners

We are a public transit agency. That means:

  • We focus on partnerships that help people use our services or do business with us.
  • We follow local, state and federal rules that often determine ways we can partner.
  • We provide services based on the priorities and funding set by our Board of Commissioners.

We are open to exploring partnerships that align with our mission. If you have a goal or transportation need, we’re happy to talk and see if it’s a good fit.

Options to Partner with DART

Unlimited Access

This program lets your employees, students, residents or members ride DART for free.

  • You pay a flat annual rate.
  • Riders use regular DART bus routes.
  • Pricing is based on your group size and needs.

Caravan by DART (For Employers)

This program provides rideshares in the Des Moines Metro and other Iowa communities, helping employers solve workforce transportation needs.

  • You connect employees with a reliable way to get to work.
  • We provide the van, fuel, maintenance and vehicle insurance.
  • Riders pay a monthly rate or we work with employers on a Caravan partnership agreement.
